Tasked with modernizing Microsoft Education’s digital ecosystem, I co-led a sweeping transformation that unified the experience across four distinct audiences: school leaders, IT administrators, educators, and students. Rather than presenting a fragmented collection of tools and resources, we reframed the platform as a dynamic learning hub—one that could flex to meet each user’s context while reinforcing Microsoft’s commitment to equity and empowerment. Working within the Reimagine Design System, my team crafted an intuitive and expressive visual approach that brought clarity to complexity, streamlined access to critical information, and surfaced content that inspired action.

To drive this shift, we used behavioral data to re-prioritize content architecture, redesigned key flows to reduce friction, and implemented a modular design strategy that adapted to user intent. A dynamic color system further individualized the experience, reinforcing identity and orientation across journeys. The result was a bold and accessible platform that empowered education community. By connecting strategy, design through personalization, we created a digital experience that spoke to the future of learning and positioned Microsoft as a trusted partner in every classroom.
